Delivery
Delivery is currently available to the UK, Europe and North America. If you're based elsewhere and wish to place an order then please get in touch.
We use a combination of Evri (formally Hermes) and Royal Mail to handle shipping on our behalf. They work out the most cost effective for our customers and so far we've had a great experience with both.
Delivery is charged based on your location, total order weight and how quickly it happens. We offer free delivery on orders over £50 in the UK.
For customers in the UK, all of our orders are sent using Evri (formally Hermes) and is done so using a next-day service, though we state that it's "Express Shipping" and takes 1-3 days. We'd rather surprise and delight than disappoint you.
The only exception is Fabric Swatches - if you order these on their own then we use Royal Mail as they're pretty light and sent in a cute little box that fits through your letterbox.
If available, tracking details are supplied with every order and we'd encourage you to download the Hermes app to track your order from us and get in touch directly with Evri (formally Hermes) to resolve any issues. Sometimes they need to clarify your address or might have trouble delivering to you for some reason.
If you have any problems with your order, including delivery, then please do get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help and make things right.
We plan on constantly reviewing our delivery partners and costs to make sure we're giving our customers the best most cost-effective experience, so please so let us know if you if you had a bad or particularly good experience. We care.
